Warranty
If a product is found to be faulty within the applicable warranty period, please contact Pats Archery on 08 8552 6722 or via email at sales@pats-archery.com to obtain a return authorisation number.
All warranty items must be returned to Pats Archery at the purchaser ’s expense. Labour costs are not covered under warranty. Return shipping from Pats Archery back to the purchaser is also at the purchaser’s expense.
Warranty claims will be assessed and processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
Incorrect or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect goods, or an incorrect quantity, Pats Archery must be notified within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be deemed as confirmation that the order was received correctly.
This policy is in place to prevent duplicate claims for items that may have been misplaced after delivery.

Website Pricing Errors & Order Cancellation
Pats Archery reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at its discretion. While this is rare, it may occur in cases such as pricing errors or unforeseen issues.
Postage & Shipping
We make every effort to ensure that postage and shipping rates are accurate. However, as our system continues to be refined, occasional discrepancies may occur.
If an error in shipping costs is identified (either higher or lower than quoted), we will contact you to advise of the correction. At that point, you will have the option to proceed with or cancel your order.
Pats Archery is not liable for any direct or indirect damage incurred during transport to or from our distribution centre.
Returns
All returns for credit require prior authorisation and a return number. Approved returns will be refunded at the original purchase price, less postage, insurance, and a 15% restocking fee.
Product Images
Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary from those shown.
Bow Draw Length
Bow draw length is measured from the nocking point (where the string contacts the nock) to the pivot point (where the hand contacts the riser), plus 1.75 inches.
If you are unsure of your required draw length, please include a note with your order so we can confirm details with you. If no clarification is requested, we will assume the order is correct. Any costs associated with correcting an incorrect draw length selection will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Shaft-to-Shaft Measurement
Arrow measurements are provided as supplied by the manufacturer (e.g. Easton). Measurements may include components such as unibushings but do not include the nock. If you are unsure, please include a note with your order for confirmation.
Special Order & Non-Stocked Items
A 100% non-refundable deposit is required for all special order or non-stocked items. This includes the cost of goods, insurance, and postage.
As these items are not regularly stocked, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the goods are defective. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any concerns.
HOYT Special Order Waiting Times
Due to ongoing global supply conditions, including impacts from COVID-19, delivery timeframes for HOYT special orders cannot be guaranteed and may vary significantly.
Orders are placed with HOYT promptly, and we make every effort to expedite shipping to Australia and onward delivery to you as quickly as possible.
Payment for Special Orders
Full payment for special order and non-stocked items (including goods, postage, and insurance) is required at the time the order is placed with the manufacturer or supplier. All such payments are non-refundable.
QAD Limited Lifetime Warranty
For QAD warranty claims, freight costs to return items to the USA factory are the responsibility of the customer.
For QAD products purchased through Pats Archery, we will cover return postage for the first 12 months. For products older than 12 months, or not purchased through Pats Archery, a USD $50 postage and handling fee will apply.
